3. Green tea is produced by heating it after cultivation to suppress fermentation, and black tea is produced by fermentation.

4. To produce matcha has very soft taste, we blocked sunlight for a certain period of time to suppress photosynthesis.

5. The form of pulverized leaves produced is called matcha.

6. To give you the best tea, we store bunch of small packs of tea so that it does not oxidize by contacting the air as much as possible in warehouse.

7. Filter out all impurities.

8. Finally, heat it up before putting it in a bottle to raise the scent.

9. Our materials are placed in a brown glass bottle to block sunlight and maintain the freshness of the raw material.

Jeju's unique volcanic rock geology helps the roots of tea trees grow healthy without rotting due to smooth ventilation, and the oceanic climate, where the average annual temperature is maintained above 14 degrees, is a good environment to produce high-quality tea leaves. In addition, Jeju Island's green tea industry is characterized by rich minerals and nutrients because it is grown using clean volcanic rock water with excellent taste and aroma using traditional Jeddah methods and no pollutant inflow.

This natural background of Jeju is firmly supporting the global competitiveness of Jeju green tea. However, due to the aging phenomenon of tea farm and structural problems in the distribution process, the Jeju green tea industry continues to grow disproportionately. Accordingly, we started to move with the aim of improving the environment to increase the consumption rate by developing and utilizing local products in rural areas and to enable voluntary development in rural areas in the long term.

In order to distribute the attention of consumers who are concentrated in large and large distributors to a wider range, through collaboration with small and medium-sized farmers, we opened a "sannolu" where we meet consumers by approaching a fast consumption structure by receiving a small amount of quality tea. sannolu consists of a store that shares information on Jeju green tea and sells products and a cafe that presents various ways to utilize green tea, ultimately helping consumers understand Jeju green tea and aiming to increase the consumption rate.

We want to create a new culture through constant worries and challenges. We support the improvement of the tea ceremony to a slightly popular food and beverage culture, and we are working on continuous development from product development to design. We are collaborating a lot so that green tea can be used positively as an ingredient in various fields.
