Jeju's unique volcanic rock layer allows for good ventilation, which helps the roots of tea trees grow healthy without rotting. Also, the oceanic climate, where the average annual temperature remains above 14 degrees, is a good environment for producing high quality tea leaves.

We use only the leaves harvested in a year between March and April. They are characterized by smaller leaves and the softest and least astringent taste compared to leaves grown at different times. Our tea stored well in the storage room and heated with low heat before being packaged to raise the best aroma.
