Matcha is a tea made of very fine powder using a matcha manufacturing machine after drying steamed tea leaves to remove the leaf veins. Matcha tea is cultivated in shading for 15 to 20 days when sprouts come up and is made into a tea steamed with water vapor, so it has a very fine green color.
Matcha has the advantage of eating all the beneficial ingredients of tea leaves because it grinds the whole tea leaves.
Premium Grade Matcha
It is grated with a millstone and has a rather thick and dark green particle, and the taste and aroma also have a stronger grass scent than ceremonial matcha, so you can feel a more satisfying green tea taste if you drink it with milk and yogurt rather than water.
Green Tea Ocro
Ocro tea is made from tea leaves cultivated for 15 to 20 days by covering a light shield that blocks sunlight. Due to this light-shielding cultivation, tea leaves contain a lot of moisture, softening the tissue of the leaves, reducing the number of catechins that give a bitter taste and increasing the amino acid content to give a soft taste.
In addition, chlorophyll increases, resulting in a dark green leaf color and a clear grass-colored search. Ocro Tea is produced only once a year.
